It seems that there might be an issue with version 2.8.4 of Trader's Little Helper for Windows where it cannot be pinned to the taskbar. Previous versions and other programs can be pinned without any problem.
Yes, the application works normally in Windows 10 64 bit. I have downloaded the package from the official website and installed it without errors. You just have to use Run as Administrator and the software should install just fine. Repeat the procedure when you launch the application for the first time as well.
